Saving a trip kind of defeats the purpose of a car, but it’s still cool.
It’s the holiday season, and for those who would like to spend time acquiring more objects instead of being thankful for what you already have, Volvo now has a new way for you to do both. Usually, taking delivery of goods that you ordered means waiting for your dog to bark at the UPS man approaching the door. But thanks to Volvo’s new in-car delivery program, you can save yourself from stampedes at the shopping mall. Currently, the program is only offered to Volvo On Call subscribers in Gothenburg, Sweden, but it will soon be expanded to other cities and countries.
